SUMMARY:
Progress Technical Support's Knowledge Base ( KBase ) is now on the
World Wide Web. The Knowledge Base is available to everyone, no User
ID or password required.
SOLUTION:
To use the Knowledge Base, go to http://techweb.progress.com and
click on:
"Knowledge Base "
On the Knowledge Base page you can Query by:
Keyword - Enter keyword(s) related to the issue you are searching.
Error # - Enter error number.
KBase ID - Enter a KBase number, for example, 15721.
You can also choose "SHARE Your Knowledge" to write your own Knowledge Base entry. Progress Engineers will check the contents of the submission to ensure that it is accurate, and that it is not a duplicate of another entry, and then publish it to the database.
