Proadsv -start issues warning.
WARNING: The ORACLE_HOME environment variable is not set
Progress.cfg shows Oracle DataServer as installed.
CAUSE:
Environment variables not properly set
FIX:
1. Set the ORACLE_HOME to the ORACLE install directory
2. Append ORACLE_HOME/bin to the PATH environment variable
