APPBUILDER: Adding or removing message area in window hangs section editor
Message area is added/removed while Section editor is open
"List" button of section editor is clicked after message area is added/removed
CAUSE:
Bug# 20030829-029
CAUSE:
This behavior occurs when the design window is being redrawn. This happens when changing the message-area or status-area attributes, and possibly in other situations as well.
At this time, the section editor loses track of the handle to that design window and hangs as a result.
FIX:
Make sure the section editor is closed when adding/removing a message area to a window, or close and reopen the section editor immediately afterwards.

Press CTRL-BREAK and reply "No" in the resultant "Do you want to close the AppBuilder" message.
