WebSpeed broker fails to start with error 8100
Timeout while listening for server : java.io.InterruptedIOException: Accept timed out
ERROR: cannot start server. (8100)
No error messages in the server log file
No error messages if the _progres is executed from the command line
Using default startup parameters without connecting the database
CHANGE:
Replaced protermcap file with customized version.
CAUSE:
Original protermcap replaced with the customized version.
FIX:
Use the original protermcap file supplied with the Progress installation.
