FIX:
The Translate window from a container is available only if the container includes a toolbar or menubar with the Translate... item and link between the toolbar and THIS-OBJECT.
If a container does not have a toolbar, it can be added together with the link just for the translation. After the translations are entered the toolbar can be removed - even without the toolbar the translations are applied, but of course cannot be modified by end users.
In some cases it maybe impossible to add the toolbar and the link. In this case
the Translation Control from Admin menu with a combination of a container
(independent window) with the same widgets as contained on the one to be translated:
1) From the container (independent window) translate widgets on it (Translate... menu item)
2) Go to the Translation control and modify the entries by removing the object name from the "Object name" lookup. This sets the "global" flag for the translation to YES and will translate all occurrences of objects of that type and name in the application.
