Code running on the AppServer calling the _prore report engine returns error:
Specified Printer is not installed or specified port is not available.
Output to Printer returns error:
Unable to create Printer Device Context: . (4110)
FIX:
Use the administrator account and not the system account when starting the AdminServer.
On NT:
Services > AdminService for <Progress version>
Under Startup..., set Log On As to This Account and ensure that the account selected has administrator rights.
