SUMMARY:
Customers who upgrade to V3R1 and are running Version 7 DataServer,
NEED to have QSYS2 in the system library list. We need this library in
order to process correctly. Have the customer check the system library
list: WRKSYSVAL QSYSLIBL
Sequence Number Library
10 QSYS
20 QSYS2
This will be checked for in the 7.3C20 maintenace release.
The AS/400 joblog will show MCH3401 to module .. ASNSSSNA
to procedure .. SNA_init
Message .. Cannot resolve to object CMACCP
This could cause error message: Error during initial receive from AS/4

This can also manifest itself as Progress error 4836 with PCS error 70
when using Client Access.
