Messenger not able to load wsmsgp.dll errno -1
Using cgiip messenger
FACT(s) (Environment):
Webspeed 3.1x
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
IIS
Able to run cgiip.exe from command line manually
Reinstalling Transaction Server doesn't help
Replace [WebServer installation Drive]:\inetpub\script\cgiip.exe with %DLC%\bin\cgiip.exe corrected the problem
CAUSE:
Somehow cgiip.exe on the inetpub\scripts folder was corrupted
FIX:
Copy the cgiip.exe from %DLC%\bin to [Web server installation Drive]:\inetpub\script to replace the corrupted cgiip.exe messenger.
