Technical Support Telephone IVR Hotline Menu

=====================================================================
INTRODUCTION
Due to the new messages that customers hear when they call the
Progress Technical Support hotline, they sometimes press the wrong
key. This results in their call being incorrectly routed and may
also result in delays in calling the customer back. If the customer
indicates that they did not know what key to press, or if you are
working on a "misdirected" call, feel free to send this knowledge
base entry for the customer's future reference.
