SYMPTOM(s):
SYSTEM ERROR: bksteal: Attempt to read block <M+N> above high water mark <M>. (3636)
SYSTEM ERROR: Invalid block <M+N> for file <X>, max is <M> (2329)
"proutil <db> -C truncate bi" fails with above error
Disk problem
CAUSE:
Corruption in the Master Block, due to earlier disk problem.
FIX:
Restore the database from backup.
