Upgrading OS 400 to V3R1
When a customer upgrades their OS, they must rebuild DataServer and
Client Schema's.
Anyone on 6.2M15 that goes to V3R1 must recreate the Data Dict running
PROUPDPXD and transfer the .df's to the Client to rebuild the Schema
