SYMPTOM(s):
Database is shutdown if the DSRUTIL window is closed without exiting DSRUTIL
CAUSE:
When DSRUTIL connects to a database the SERVER based signal handler is activated for the process. The SERVER based signal handler shuts the database down whenever the event CTRL_CLOSE_EVENT is caught.

FIX:
This is scheduled to be fixed in the next version of Fathom HAR.
