Char Roundtable Tutorial - No window subtype in Lesson 5
In the V7 Character Mode Roundtable User Guide, Chapter 3 Tutorial
there is an error.
In the Code Load part of the tutorial (section 3.2.7), you are told to
load a program called "custbr.w" with Sub Type of "window".
There is no such Sub Type defined in the tutorial database.
WORKAROUND: Do not load this code object, and do not try to do Lesson
5 of the tutorial.
