CHANGE:
Installed Windows 2000 SP4 and all the safety patches due the virus araise
CAUSE:
Progress has not cerfified Windows 2000 SP4
FIX:
Windows 2000 SP4 is not yet supported and may cause odd behavior, the recomendation is to install SP3 and only the needed safety patches from Microsoft.
