CAUSE:
Invalid dictionary validation expression for one of the database fields
used in the SmartDataViewer.
FIX:
Correct the Dictionary Validation Expression, or disable the "Inherit
Dictionary Validation Expression" in the Advanced dialog box of the
SDO field's Column Editor.
