SYMPTOM(s):
ODBC test connect fails.
Unable to find server <name> with protocol TCP in file SERVICES or SERVICES file not found in expected location. (5192)
CAUSE:
Host file did not contain the Hostname and the IP Address of the machine attempting to connect to.
FIX:
When using the SQL89 protocol the host file must contain the proper hostname and IP Address for the database server.
