SYMPTOM(s):
AppServer fails to start with exceptions recorded in the AdminServer's log file
Progress Explorer connects to the AdminServer showing only database node
AppServer license is present
* Unexpected error loading properties file:
com.progress.common.property.PropertyManager$LoadFileNotFoundException: Property file not found, /usr/dlc/properties/ubroker.properties (No such file or directory). (PRPMsg013). (8429)
Cannot load properties file /usr/dlc/properties/ubroker.properties. (8428)
Unexpected error in properties file conversion utility. <error message> (8885)
com.progress.ubroker.util.PropMgrUtils$LoadPropFileError: Cannot load property file: <path to the ubroker.properties>. (8253)
CAUSE:
The ubroker.properties file from the $DLC/properties directory has been deleted,
moved, renamed or read/write permissions have been changed.
FIX:
It is required to recover the ubroker.properties file and then restart
the AdminServer.
