Webspeed workshop is not loading at the first time
The second time the browser is opened, it will load
Has been working until the database was dumped and loaded
Database is remote
cgiip messenger works
ping command using wsisa.dll works

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Run ping command first, then the workshop would load.
