MESSAGE 360: Unknown token (\ldblquote)
In order to compile .rtf files using character mode
Progress, you must save the .rtf files using Word 2.0.
If you developed .rtf files using a newer version of
Word, you must save them as a Word 2.0 .doc file, open
them in Word 2.0, then save them as a .rtf file.

Warning: MESSAGE 360: Unknown token (\ldblquote) in rtf.
This is because the original help file was developed in
Word with the feature for replacing straight quotes with
smart quotes enabled. Word replaced all the "
characters with smart quotes. You must turn off this
feature, then delete the smart quotes and replace them
with straight quotes.
The feature is located in Tools->Options->Autoformat.
