What are the PROMON R&D Restricted Options?

There is an option "Restricted Options" under -
promon > R&D > 4. Administrative Functions > 6. Restricted Options
This option is basically for use by Progress development to assist in debugging issues. For customers it is of no relevance, and it will be hidden in future releases.
