Application using AppServer slow after upgrade to 9.1D
ubroker.properties file from previous installation (9.1C) was used in ugraded configuration.
CHANGE:
Upgraded from 9.1C to 9.1D
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Do not reuse the 9.1C ubroker.properties file but recreate the environment from scratch with the current Progress version.
