Can a PSDN serial number be used to register for the Progress ESD WEB site?

FIX:
Presently, one(1) PSDN serial number is associated with all the control codes that the PSDN license provides. Because of this, none of these control codes are associated with the PSDN serial number itself. Because this serial number to control code association does not exist, the following failure will occur when attempting to register on the Download Center WEB page:
"The control code that you entered is not valid. Please try again, or contact us if you feel that you have received this message in error."
At this time, the Progress IT staff is investigating a method that can be used when attempting to register on the ESD WEB site with a PSDN serial number and control codes. Presently, the only workaround is to use another Progress serial number, along with its associated control codes for a product that carries a current maintenance agreement.
