When accessing webspeed workshop, ping or even ?WSMAdmin with cgiip.exe through the webspeed URL, browser hangs
ERROR: The specified CGI application exceeded the allowed time for processing. The server has terminated the process
After browser hangs, the above CGI Timed out message appears
When using wsisa.dll messenger, getting the following errors
WebSpeed error from WebSpeed ISAPI Messenger (WSISA)
Failed to load wsmsgp.dll or wsutil.dll

Under IIS, user IUSR_<machine_name> is set under Anonymous Access and Authentication Control
Under IIS, Authentication Method: Anonymous access button is enabled
IUSER_<machine_name> is part of Group GUEST
No 'Web Anonymous Users' Group defined
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
1. Added new Group: Web Anonymous Users
2. Added IUSER_<machine_name> to this new group
3. Reboot machine
