SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamics: changing the Override Type in the Attribute Maintenance window doesn't enable Save and Reset toolbar buttons
Starting the Dynamics development session and navigating through windows:
Development, Attributes, Attribute Control and trying to update attribute's
Override Type in Attribute Maintenance screen fails to enable Save and Reset
buttons.

CAUSE:
Known issue.

FIX:
This is the known issue and the workaround is to change some other value in
the Attribute Maintenance window in order to enable Save and Reset buttons,
so that the Override Type change can be saved.
