SYMPTOM(s):
Running prostrct create on brand new hard drive fails.
g:\dlc91bdb\bin\_dbutil.exe
Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION
All permissions set as expected.
Try other Progress commands and receive memory could not be written.
Rebooted of the server give a number of errors..some of which refer to HW.
Multiple hard drive system.
Attempt to apply SR6a for NT and it fails with reference to new hard drive.
CAUSE:
New hard drive.
FIX:
Fix or replace the new hard drive.
