FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
SYMPTOM(s):
Difference in the size of r-code between different Windows Operating Systems / platforms.
r-code takes less space on Windows XP compared to Windows 98.
Same version of Progress installed on both platforms.
CAUSE:
This can be due to the partition cluster size. Please take a look at the following Microsoft documents:
