SYMPTOM(s):
Error 8619 when starting database from Progress Explorer
This process terminated with exit code <number>. (8619)
This process terminated with exit code 1. (8619)
Much earlier in the database log file there is an error: Connection to Admin Server lost. (8848)
Now when database is started getting error: Time out limit (<max_wait> seconds) exceeded waiting for ACK. (9149)
When trying to start database in single user mode shared memory segment in use error.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress Explorer is used to control multiple databases.

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Stop all databases and truncate bi file for databases that will not start.
Then restart all the databases via Progress Explorer.
