Appbuilder generates a Dr Watson when trying to start
Adding OCX controls to the Object palette in Appbuilder
No longer possible to start the Appbuilder
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020424-022
FIX:
Removing the reference to the OCX control from the .CST file will allow you to start the Appbuilder again without reinstalling.
Follow these steps to manually remove the OCX control from the
AppBuilder palette:
1. Go to the %DLC%\SRC\TEMPLATE directory.
2. Edit the file activex.cst using a text editor.
3. You will find the list of all OCX controls available on the AppBuilder
palette.
4. Manually erase the entry of the offending OCX control that you added
previously.
5. Save the file.
