SYMPTOM(s):
Static SmartWindow with dynamic menu is run by pressing F2 in the AppBuilder
Once F2 was used to run the Static SmartWindow, using the Dynamic Launcher to run the Static SmartWindow does not display the dynamic menu/submenu

FIX:
Restart Dynamics to flush the object cache and the Static SmartWindow will execute properly
