Has Microsoft Visual Studio .NET installed
CAUSE:
Neither the Microsoft SDK for Java or the Microsoft Visual Studio (5 or 6) has been installed.
FIX:
The Open Client Toolkit does not use .NET. Instead, we require that the Microsoft SDK for Java be installed along with either version 5 or 6 of Microsoft Visual Studio.
