This message indicates that the server ran out of index cursors
and you need to increase the -c on the server (max on v6 is 1000).
It is possible to max this out depending on the application.
Every active for each and find next loop
uses 1 index cursor for every index being used.
If you do max. out then you will need to split the database
in two and now you have another 1000 cursors available.
Version 7 and 8 has no maximum and is set as a client connection.
