FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
The file size of $DLC/bin/versioninfo.dll has been 0 (zero).
FIX:
Restore a copy of $DLC/bin/versioninfo.dll from any 9.1D other installation on HP-UX 11 / 11i.
Use BINARY transfer when ftping this file onto HP box.
