Crash occurs when the window is being realized and widgets initialized
The excerpt from the stack trace (9.1D06) shows following functions:

prow32 umSuperSetAttr
prow32 umFillSetAttr
prow32 umFldClassSetAttr
Using session parameter -cpinternal UTF-8 with -noutf8warning
CAUSE:
Progress 9.1x GUI and character client do not support UTF-8 in the -cpinternal parameter as they are not Unicode enabled.
FIX:
Remove the UTF-8 from the -cpinternal parameter, or replace it with the valid code page.
