\proedit\vslick.vsm not found when deploying to client
Getting vslick.vsm error when running application
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x

CAUSE:
Either the UseSourceEditor within the Startup Branch/Section of the Registry/INI file is set to Yes or does not exist.
This setting is relevant to development licenses only and will instruct Progress to look for the file which does not exist with run time licenses.
FIX:
In either the Registry or the INI file the customer is using, within the Startup section there needs to be the following setting:
INI:
[Startup]
UseSourceEditor=No
Registry:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS\<version>\Startup
UseSourceEditor=no
If the entry does not exist, this is not sufficient, it must be explicitly set to No.
