Error 231 Communicating with ProService
Error 231 on trying to start ProService.
Databases are not starting
All databases still have lock files present.
All databases set to start automatically in ProControl.
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems

CAUSE:
Newly added database started with -S value that is not in the services file.
FIX:
Add the service name and port used to start problem database to the services file.
Run proshut on each database.
Clean up lock files that remain.
Set all databases to manual start.
Set ProService to disabled.
Reboot the server.
Set ProService back to manual.
Bring up ProControl.
Start ProControl.
Restart databases with ProControl, one at a time.
Bring all databases down with ProControl.
Stop ProControl.
Reset all databases to autostart in ProControl.
Restart ProControl.
