SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot connect to a Database with 4GL CONNECT
Do not get any error
CAUSE:
Was not providing database name, but just -H and -S
FIX:
The CONNECT Statement requires the Database name. Providing -S is not enough, since Progress will actually check that the Database matches the one the broker that is listening on the Port of -S
