Performance of launch.i in calling datalogic procedures is slower then other plips
CAUSE:
Datalogic procedures have to build up datafields on the client and therefore need to do caching
FIX:
Use the persistent caching introduced in the 2.0A0202 temporary fix will help increase performance of the logic procedure
