FACT(s) (Environment):
Roundtable 9.x
SYMPTOM(s):
When a task is created and the SDO is checked out, the program runs without error from the task.
When the SDO is checked in with no task created, errors occur.
<SDO-file-name> SmartDataObject has no AppServer partition defined
and is running locally without proper database connection(s)
Invalid widget-handle. Not initialized or points to a deleted widget. (3135)
Cannot access the <attribute name> attribute because the widget does not exist. (3140)
Attempt to connect a partition named ?
This partition is not currently defined in the Service Parameter Maintenance tool.
** FIND FIRST/LAST failed for table . (565)
** FIND FIRST/LAST failed for table AppSrv-TT. (565)
CAUSE:
Progress cannot find the compiled code (.r code) for this SDO, therefore thinks it is located on an AppServer.
FIX:
Add the directory containing the SDO . r code to your PROPATH.
