Unable to get version info from DLC directory.
Error message received when running proinst.
CAUSE:
You are mistakenly trying to install a Progress Service Pack instead of the commercial Progress version. You must have a commercial Progress version installed prior to installing a service pack.
FIX:
Install the Progress commercial version.
Install the Service Pack.
