SYMPTOM(s):
Starting the client takes a lot of time
The client is using a procedure library (.pl) stored on a file server
CAUSE:
Third party Anti-Virus software scans the the procedure library each time this is loaded on the client machine.
FIX:
Deactivate the Anti-Virus or exclude the .pl files scan from the Anti-Virus options.
