Error 1431 when using prowin32 batch client on NT
The 32-bit batch-mode client that comes with the 7.3B NT server
product connects to the database through shared memory and does not
use networking. You cannot use the -N, -S or -H parameters when
connecting to the database with prowin32.
If you do attempt to use networking with the prowin32 executable
(for example: -N tcp), you will get Progress error 1431: Protocol
tcp is not supported in this version of Progress.
