Bug# 20000505-001
FIX:
Get the latest patch for 8.3C or upgrade to 8.3E (or 8.3D).
The latest 8.3C patch will not contain the fix of another bug responsible for errors 4405 and 4403 with 8.3C,
Bug# 20001017-007 fixed in 8.3D
