FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows 32 Intel
Windows 98

CHANGE:
Plug and Play installed new driver for flat screen on laptop
CAUSE:
The install of the flat screen overwrote the riched32.dll to an earlier version
After the install of the new driver:
Progress 8.3
UIB: -> Open program -> Click editor UIB -> (4025)
Progress 9.1B
UIB: -> Open program -> Click editor UIB -> Save -> (4025) + "file read only" and "directory can't be found"
E-mail editor: "not enough memory, cannot open .." and reference to riched32.dll
FIX:
To resolve this problem do the following:
- Rename the RICHED32.DLL file located in the windows system32 directory
- Copy a working version of RICHED32.DLL to the windows system32 directory
- Reboot
