Dynamics AppBuilder Window Is Missing
Starting a Dynamics development session from standard icfconfig.xml results in the PRO*Tools and the palette being displayed however the AppBuilder itself is not present.
CAUSE:
The INI file had an entry ABMainLocation contained within the ProAB section.
This had somehow got set to -32000,-32000
FIX:
Changed the value to something sensible (100,100) and the AppBuilder main menu appeared on the screen.
