SYMPTOM(s):
Tranman not extracting the correct attribute length.
When extracting the strings from the source, the modified attribute length is not used.
The old attribute length is always extracted into the .xrf file.
CAUSE:
The propath setting is incorrect.
Old versions of the source code will be used for extraction if they are found in the propath.
FIX:
Correct the propath.
