GOAL:
Why does tabanalys or dbanalys Fragments Factor value show virtually the same number after a dump and load?
FIX:
The Fragments Factor probably will not change much after a dump/load. This is because the fragments factor is an average value indicating how fragmented each individual record is.
If there are records in the table, the lowest value is 1.0 which indicates that the record is not fragmented. e.g. The entire record reside within a single database block.
