The proxml.dll or libproxml.so was missing or incomplete or XML could not be initialized. (9088)
Getting 8013 error when creating XML document via 4GL
CHANGE:
Patch has been installed
CAUSE:
Patch for 9.1C 64-bit product was applied into 9.1C 32-bit installation by mistake.
FIX:
Download and install patch for correct Progress version.
