CHANGE:
Migrating from 8.x to 9.1x
CAUSE:
In version 8.x, -cpstream is set to IBM850 in the startup.pf whereas in version 9, it is set to ISO8859-1.
FIX:
Modify -cpstream in startup.pf and set it to IBM850 instead.
