SYMPTOM(s):
Assignment of an unknown value to a field which is both "Mandatory" and "Null capable" is possible.
Error 110 does not appear when the "Mandatory" field is updated with the unknown value
Problem is related to the client product irrespective of the DataServer version
CAUSE:
Bug #20020409-004
CAUSE:
The issue was caused by the conditional code around the call to the function which checked to see if the record was NEW. The mandatory
ull message appeared only on the creation but not on an update of a mandatory field.
FIX:
This bug is fixed in V9.1D of the client
