GOAL:
Is there a way to prevent database administrators from adding tables to the schema area?
FIX:
There is no way to prevent the DB administrator from adding tables to the schema area. You need to be certain that the delta df file is placing the table in the correct storage area before applying it. If you have a table located in the incorrect storage area you can use the "tablemove" utility to place the table in the proper location.
